When will my order arrive?
  • When you will receive your order depends on where you live and the shipping option you selected.

     Destination   Shipping Options   Transit Time 
    Within Ontario   Expedited 2 - 3 business days
    Priority Courier 1 - 2 business days (2 business days for most cities, 3 business days for remote areas).
    Outside Ontario PUROPAK 1 - 2 business days (2 business days for most cities, 3 business days for remote areas).
    Expedited International 2 - 5 business days.

    Please keep in mind that shipping companies (Canada Post and FedEx) are closed on weekends and national holidays. Business day does not include Saturday, Sunday and national holidays.
When will my credit card be charged?

How much does shipping cost?
